Property Management Logo
I’m excited to share this new logo & brand I recently created for my client. Accel Asset Services is a new property management business located in New Jersey.
For this young entrepreneur, I wanted to create something bold that still identified within the realm of his occupation. Looking at brands such as Patagonia, O’Neill, Reef and other outdoorsy-hip companies with additional dissection of the traditional Japanese wave & red sun design, I created this brand voice.
Within the property management realm a lot of the logos look stuffy, predictable & real estate-like. With providing a vibrant toned color story & patch like imagery design, this logo will be versatile on clothing, signage, and any form of marketing for this business.
